At Hacienda Chocolat, we’re a woman-owned, family-run farm dedicated to the art of tree-to-bar chocolate making in the lush mountains of Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

Since planting our first cacao trees in 2014, we’ve nurtured over 4,000 trees using sustainable agroforestry practices. Each harvest allows us to create small-batch, single-estate and single-origin chocolate and cacao-based products that celebrate the land they come from.

But we’re more than just chocolate—we’re an experience. Through our agrotourism offerings, guests can walk among the cacao trees, taste fresh fruit straight from the pod, and witness firsthand how chocolate is born. All while surrounded by the breathtaking views where El Yunque meets the Atlantic.
